Dear Sir,
I wish I am writing to the concerned authority
I am in anguish to write again about the malpractices by the SKODA
official. This time the issue is much bigger and hence required your
immediate attention. I am very unhappy with the Skoda Dealers at Noida
and Faridabad. I have made several complaints against their
malpractices timely which has been resolved to an extent.
Note that my recent complaint is that I have Purchased a Skoda Fabia
HR51 AL4059 in Jan'2011 from Arshia Motors where they deliver me the
Nov'2010 model. I was under impression that I am running a 2011 model
because of my Trust on Skoda Brand, but recently when I been to Car
dealer for sell my used car they told me it is Nov'2010 model not a
Jan'2011 model.
Since inception to date I always find a issue in dealers service. Now
I want to ask why I have been delivered the 2010 model instead of 2011
model however I have already asked them to give me 2011 model that's
why I have purchased the Car in Jan'2011
Till today I never visited Arshia Motors as all the dealing and
required documentation had happened over telecon and mails (attached
are the email for your reference in which Quotation is attached).
I want to ask why at every level such malpractices are being followed
by Skoda Dealers. You must have record in your system which show how
many issue have been raised by the undersigned to get it resolved. I
would like to ask to Skoda, why they are reluctant to follow their
recommendations and do the necessary audit?
My experience with Skoda dealers is really pathetic and when I share
my experience with my colleague and relative they do surprise too.
Because no one believe that Brand like Skoda have no control and their
is indeed an uncertainty weather they follow standard practices for
their day to day operation. Being the loyal customer of Skoda, I would
like to say that the learning from the complaint raised by me or other
is zero.
I understand that Skoda employee is being appointed to their dealers
but they are not doing their job with honesty otherwise there is no
need of any such complaint.
My previous complaint are as follow;-
Arshia Motors:-
1. In quotation I have been quoted for Bajaj Alliance Insurance for
the amount INR 17991 however at the time of deliver I got a Insurance
policy of Iffko-Tokia for the amount INR 11840 and no refund have
been given and they have billed me for Body cover for RS 1000 however
Swaroop already taken INR 500 from me separately for the same however
the body cover amount is not mentioned in the quotation then I
registered a complaint and get stereo as a compensation after 4 month
of my complaints which was very pathetic.
2. I sent my car for second service to Arshia Motors, Here they
charged me for 4 ltr Engine oil however my car model capacity is 2.8
ltr. So recently I registered a complaint and get a refund of 1 ltr
oil of INR 940. They do not provide me any interest thereon and
apologize or clarification letter on the same, a part from that they
did not follow the Skoda guidelines for servicing my car, if you see
the skoda service calculator you will find the difference , they did
not changed the spark plug as recommended by Skoda Service calculator
and billed me for other things , which shows that they do not follow
the Skoda service calculator and recommendation they are interested
in making money from customer only. My complaint is closed without my
consent on the same and no action have been taken for the same as of
now, Kindly check and let me know why no action have been taken for
the same ,if action taken then what action has been taken so far. How
would you compensate me for the same now?
This indicate that there is no coordination between the service
department and billing department of Arshia Motors or it is your
dealers approach to bill more than the actual amount and earn money
from customer they are ready to manipulate the thing at the extreme
level in order to earn money from the customer,
And it also says that they do not follow the Skoda service guideline
and making their customer fool.
If your see all the instance it clearly indicate the mal-practices and
wrong intention of your dealers. I am looking forward for a strict
action from Skoda against their Dealers else I would constraint to
approach pehredar show with all the proofs which surely open the eyes
of your existing and prospect customers of Skoda.
I accepted Skoda entertain complaint and resolved but why Skoda is not
taking preventive action in order to avoid such complaints. I know 1
out of 100 raised a complaint and dealers are resolving the same and
getting the benefit of 99 because SKODA is not taking action.
How do audit took place of Skoda dealers and they did not identify the
thing? Why Skoda doesn't have control on their dealers?
Whenever I deal with Skoda dealers every time I found a mal-practices only.
Nawab Motors:-
1. In Nawab motors I been for accidental repair of my car , here
Nawab motors employee changes my car parts and stolen Triangle they
still don't follow the skoda service calculator price of despite of
complaint I have been received the quotation which was too high from
the Skoda service calculator.
I have sent all the communication related to Skoda Fabia deal to the
GM of Arshia Motors but still I did not heard anything from them.
Kindly intervene and do the needful at the earliest.
Attached are the email and other conversation for your reference.
I am in touch with Arshia Manager and GM finance both are saying
different thing which shows that they are refrain of taking action on
the same.
Manger RK Said: - You must have received the Scheme benefits of 2010
model I will check with Account and all then updates you, thereafter I
have share the quotation with him and now he give up and asked me to
coordinate with GM sales and GM finance for the same.
GM Rajesh Said:- Usually 5 to 6 month old model we used to deliver
because cars are coming from Germany, thereafter I told him Cleary
that it was pre-discussed that I need a 2011 model that's why I took
the delivery in Jan'2011 after waiting for the same and I was under
impression that this is 2011 model but just come to know about the
same from the car dealers that it is a 2010 model, I also inform him
that I know that on old model you give a discount as in current
scenario Skoda giving discount of 90000 on 2013 model then he said ok
I will discuss and let you know after half an hour but he neither
called me back nor attend my call as of now.
Now you see the difference of their answer and approach one of them is
accepted their mistake and the GM is trying to manipulate the things
again.
I am looking forward for my recent complaints against model issue and
would like to know the reason of closing the complaints without my
consent. I also request Skoda to put the feedback system once
complaint closed by the respective dealers. With all the above facts
and statement state above, if I would not get a resolution within a
week I would be constraint to take a legal action.
